- For Bras: We recommend removing the cups, as it helps keep the original shape. Hand wash cups in cold water, lay flat to dry.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Items with signs of wear will be rejected and returned to the customer..

As soon as our warehouse receives your return, we will start processing it - please note that it can take up to 5 business days for us to finalize your return from the day we receive the item back. As soon as it’s processed, we will send you an email confirmation.
Refunds: Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to clear into your account.
