Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns for domestic orders within 14 days from the date the order was received.

Products must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these conditions.

Returning a UK Mainland Order
For UK mainland orders*, returns and exchanges are free through our courier service. To obtain a free returns label and find a local drop-off location,  please contact us at support@bejlabel.com to arrange it.
*Note: This service is not available in Ireland or other UK-associated islands.

Returning an International Order
For orders outside the UK mainland, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please send returns to:
Victoria Studios, 387 Edgware Road, London, NW2 6LH, United Kingdom.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns and cannot issue refunds until we receive the items in perfect, resaleable condition.
*Note: Refund amounts for international orders may fluctuate slightly due to currency exchange rates.

Items received after the 14-day return period will automatically be issued store credit in the form of a BEJ gift card.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if it has been accepted or declined. This process can take 1-5 business days.
If accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. It may take 3-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

EXCHANGES
If you'd prefer to exchange an item for a different size or colour, we can arrange this for you. To set up an exchange, please contact us at support@bejlabel.com.
